7/7/11- Rainy Day in Dijon

Today was the first day of bad weather that we've seen. It drizzled on and off for most of the afternoon and night. Fortunately, we had schoolwork to keep us busy. In the morning a group of students and I presented on the international human resource practices of the Lululemon yoga clothing company. After the other groups presented we came back to the hotel for and made baguette sandwiches. During the afternoon most of the students worked on projects and around 5pm a few of us gathered in my hotel room to drink some wine before going to dinner at a restaurant called Marco Polo. Dinner at Marco Polo was probably one of the best meals I have had so far. Another student and I split a beef tartar salad, pizza, and bottle of wine. Following dinner we went to an Irish pub and came home around midnight to catch some sleep.
